News Release FISHMAPPER V1.05 FOR THE EAST FLORIDA COAST (REGION 05) RELEASED TODAY THEODORE, ALABAMA, 06 NOV 2002. Coastal Software Corporation today released the latest regional version of their popular FishMapper^TM trip planning and chart plotting software for offshore fishing. The new East Florida Coast region (Region 05) covers the Atlantic coast of the Florida peninsula from Hollywood, FL north to Cumberland Island, GA. The exact boundaries are 26 to 31 degrees north latitude, and 78 to 82 degrees west longitude. Included in this region are: GPS coordinates for 617 natural and artificial reefs, wrecks, and other fishing spots; 288,000 depth soundings; and highly detailed locations of the 20-, 100-, and 300-fathom lines using the latest NOAA/NGDC bathymetric data. FishMapper^TM v1.05 runs under all recent versions of Microsoft Windows, including Windows 95, 98, 98SE, ME, NT4.0, 2000, XP-Home, and XP-Professional. FishMapper^TM is currently sold through a network of over 31 sporting goods and offshore fishing tackle dealers in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas.
